This Burger King Survey is a joke. I have tried numerous times to do the survey and all I get is a blank page – no survey. What is the problem?
I have tried several times to enter the Burger King store number, but, your survey does not let me put the number: 29. I have had tis problem more than once. I guess your survey system is either locked up or broken. I guess I will never be able to complete the survey if I am unable to even get past the first required space. I have had no problems in years past, but, now, your survey does not seem to work. So much for trying to take the Burger King survey. II have always enjoyed going to Burger King ever since I have lived close to BK store #;29 for the past 47 years. In fact, I still see your long time employee, Rita, there on the weekends. She is such a very, lovely lady. I ate at this Burger King on February 11th, and enjoyed the Crispy, chicken sandwich meal. It was very tasty. I sure hope you all are able to correct the problem I am having with your survey. Thank you.

The spicy chicken sandwich was so bad I couldn’t eat it. Fries were so hot and bland I couldn’t eat them without ketchup and I hate ketchup.
Haven’t ate at a Burger King in years, now I see why so many of your stores are closing.

Hello I was at store #14349 today at12:34 and my order #is 642. I asked for a wopper jr. with no pickle and no mayo. The receipt said the order was correct. But the order was not when I got home. I had mayo and pickle on it. I asked the person at the window if the order was correct. but he was to busy talking to say Hello or answer me. Just thought you should know.

Three times I attempted to get takeout from BK. Three times I drove home (10 miles), and three TIMES I was wrong! This was the worst.
I ordered 2 whoppers, 2 small fries, and 2 drinks. I waited way over 10 minutes for fries. And both whoppers were made wrong.
I wanted a whopper with mustard instead of mayo, and the other one came as it came.
The mustard one was soaked in mayo and mustard. AND NOTHING ELSE ON THE SANDWICH.
The other was soaked in mayo—so much that it was inedible. No onions, no tomatoes.
There was no ice in the soda machine.
In each fry order, I had to wait and wait for ten tiny fries. By the time I got them, the whoppers were cold.
I don’t ever want to go back to BK#3277. It is awful. And it’s not that they were busy. two other customers, and no one was eating in. They are totally incompetent. $22, and the food was useless. I tried for the third time in three weeks. Three times, they totally messed up the order. I quit.
This is the second time I’ve tried to complete your survey and can’t read the numbers due to a lack of ink. The last time, the employee told me that she had asked for ink for her register and still couldn’t get any. That had been going on for months at your store in Lowell, Indiana.
It wouldn’t except my email address and I’m beginning to think this is a fraud!
The service at BK in Streator, IL was super friendly and fast. I will continue to stop there. My server was Julie and she was a sweetheart!
BK in Brewer Maine is the worst place on earth. Service stinks, prices are too high, and the #9 I ordered,original chicken sandwich and it was cold no mayonnaise just a limp piece of chicken that tasted like it was spoiled. I took one bight, lost my appetite and walked out. BK you have lost my business for ever.

I used to drive through on the regular but quit due to yucky food and poor service. Recently, I have visited again a couple times and I will be back. Something changed people-wise and everyone seems happy to have me as a guest.
I had a burger at Burger King #4948. in Indianapolis at around 2:30 p.m. Friday 30 June 2023. I told the counter man Bryant that I wanted a small whopper with everything in it. What I received instead was a double meat double cheese burger which unfortunately tasted like a mcdonald’s double meat burger. My hamburger was missing lettuce, onion, tomato, mayo and mustard. It was horrible. I was so looking forward to a charcoal broiled hamburger but it tasted like a fried Miky D’s! I hated it your burger. Just wanted to say that Bryant was not very helpful to me as a customer and I will not be trading with BK again. I will go with another burger company that provides better services to their guests.
I had wonderful service at the Graham Rd Burger KIng (#3056) in Stow, Ohio 44224. I tried to enter for my free whopper but the process was too difficult and there was not a
store number visable on my receipt. lots of other numbers but none that applied when entered. The food was prepared just the way I like it. Thanks to the smiling fellow who waited on me and made my visit pleasant.
I received my receipt and half of it was not printed
Of course the numbers I needed were half gone, the phone number and location number were also not there.
So I went back in the store to ask for another one and I was told they couldn’t do it.
This happened at McDonald’s and they printed me a new one so i could get a free hamburger at McD.
I was disappointed that BK would not do the same.
When I ordered the 4 Big Fish with the understanding they would honor the e-mail that we received. It was Buy one Big Fish for regular price and the other Big Fish would be $2.00. When I brought it to their attention they said their store did not participtate in this but when I checked the location for this special it had the address of the store that I bought the Big Fish. I looks to me like Burger king owes me $4 dollars so would love to hear when this will be paid.

I’m closing in on 73 years, been a valued customer of BK since their beginning. Have had whoppers all over the country. Sadly I feel our relationship has come to pass. I now have to order from a touch screen, wait for a cup to fill my own beverage…..and wait for my order # to be called. Just give me a time card and let me work for my meal. Don’t want a free nothing thanks for the memories !!!
Burger King in Oconomowoc, Wi on E. Wisconsin Avenue. First, I must say I really enjoy Whoppers. That being said, I was truly disappointed in the service received today, 2/21/24 at 5:39 pm (dinner hour). Yes, I was using a coupon, yes the food was good although not hot – makes no difference. The drive thru was very busy, the dine in area was not. But… the folks working there were definitely not being efficient or productive. 4-5 men/boys working and it took over 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 drinks. They were filling orders one at a time; seriously – every mom knows you needs to “double up”, and multi task sometimes. Unfortunately, I don’t think I can go back any time soon. So damn sad.

I haven’t had a Burger King original chicken sandwich in quite awhile, like 5 years or more. Today gave me an opportunity to order one and I was very disappointed. It was quite salty, especially for someone on a low salt diet. My husband on the other hand is a salt lover and he even complained about his sandwich being salty. I guess this is the end of these sandwiches for us.
Okay, my BK store was 83. Great service, great food BUT apparently BK doesn’t really want to know that. After I put in the Transaction ID and click on next, it goes to a page that says there was an error and to try again. Try again? Same result. To bad! Burger King employees deserve better than not having praise when they deserve it.
Store 2959, Jacksonville, Florida, Normandy Blvd. Upon entry, this store was visibly unkempt. Tables were not clean, water on the floor ( dangerous), associates very unfriendly. On her way out from the preparation area, yelled out ” I’m going to the bathroom”. One acted very racist. Definitely a double standard. Our fry load was definitely smaller than the earlier customer. The food took 20 minutes to receive, it was busy but we counted 6 employees. Food was cold. We took photos and have reported this to the City of Jacksonville.
#1 Your site for a BK Survey does not work, cannot get to the site. #2 store #6933 the order mic needs replacing, I was talking so loud that you really did not need a headset, just ears. I must have said “I want a medium diet coke with 2 straws” 6 or 8 times loudly after the 3rd mistake on the other end of the mic. The teller kept saying “Ok, I got a medium diet coke with easy ice and 2 small cokes” NOOOO! 6 or 8 times to get it right. The rest of my order were 2 original chicken sandwiches and a medium fry of which the lettuce in the sandwiches was wilted as if left out of refrigeration for half a day or longer and the fries really needed to have been in the fryer an extra 30 seconds or so as we both could taste raw potato. #3 My wife was on medication and her med said take with water and BK does not serve water…that was the reason for the 2 straws. #4 My wife really wanted water and coffee to drink; but we were told that they were out of coffee and did not give out tap water. I hope Subway might be better, we will see upon our next fast food visit.
I’ve been eating the original chicken sandwich for years and it’s always remained the same. Last week I ordered it in Castle Rock CO and it was different. Not only did the chicken patty look different in the coloring but it tasted different. Definitely an inferior product. If you didn’t change the product, then maybe it was an off day at this location. If you did change it then I probably won’t order the sandwich again. It really looked unappetizing. I realize that restaurants are struggling to keep up with rising supply chain and wages, but I’d rather see the price increase for the same product. It seems like the price was higher and the quality was lower. That’s not the way you keep customers!
Burger King #1837 Terrible service. Cashier argue with me that you don’t do combos on Value meal item. wrong up items individually. Then I showed her using your app that combo could be done on value items. She said you didn’t have coupon. I said it’s not a coupon I can order that way wo coupon. Difference is $4. She needs retrained and better attitude. order #23 3/19/23 320pm.
I went through the drive thru today at store 12116 today at 1:16pm. I ordered a fiery fish and buffalo nuggets. When I got home all that was in the bag was the fish sandwich and dipping sauce and no nuggets. I tried calling the store 3 times. Each time the phone rang at least 20 times and them I was disconnected. I am not a happy customer. I am working so I can’t just go back now. Order #68
My wife and I went to the BK Store at 1436 Lawrence Ave., east Toronto, 29156, Order 92. We have eaten at this Burger King many times before but today who ever was doing the french-fries put so much salt on them that my wife could not eat hers. Please instruct your staff not to put so much salt on the fries.

This is consistently the worst BK store experience I frequent, and I do frequently visit BK up and down Washington and Oregon. New management is needed.
